Dear Sir or Madam,


I was very fortunate to be a passenger on one of your  coaches today, due to the train strikes happening at the moment from Eastbourne to Hastings. I was the only person who got on the coach this morning for the 9:40 service and I had a really great driver who was polite, friendly and funny as well. Because I was the only one on the coach, I thought that I may be asked to leave which I thought would have made sense since it was just me but the driver was very kind and professional saying that he would do the service regardless. 

The name of the driver was Kevin if I recall from the poster at the front of the bus. I don't know what else I could say but a big thanks for me getting to University as that was the first time in a while I hadn't struggled getting to University by coach.

Dear Friends


We recommended some friends who were wondering what to do for a holiday to try one of your mini breaks and they booked up the trip indicated in the Subject above


They have returned thoroughly delighted with the break and we thank you (experience tells one that recommending a restaurant often fails because it was the chefs night off, etc).   You really achieved something as the husband does not like going away but now he cannot wait for the next trip!


Looking forward to our next trip on Sunday to Stourport; hope the nice weather continues (after  the Cornwall break)

Good afternoon


Huge apologies from me for not spotting this sooner, as my email relates to transport to our Staff Conference back at the end of March.  Your company transported our staff from three locations within East Sussex to Detling Showground in Maidstone, Kent.


Members of staff in the coach driven to and from Chaucer Clinic by Brett wanted me to extend their thanks to Brett for getting the staff back to Polegate by 6.20pm which I gather was not easy taking into account the rush hour traffic. I’m sure Brett has forgotten this trip by now, but I wanted to make sure that I had at least extended their thanks to him.


I had excellent feedback overall from staff about your provision of transport on the day.  It is nice to know that our staff had a pleasant journey to and from the conference.
