Contact permission We want you to know exactly how our service works and why we require your details. During the booking process we take some of your personal data to enable us to make a booking and take payment. We require your consent to store your name, address, contact number and email address if you have one. For a continental booking, we also ask for your date of birth to match up with passports on the day and the names and dates of birth for all individuals that will be travelling in your booking. We would like to either post or email your booking confirmation to you. We may need to call you about a trip you have already booked with us, we will not call you for marketing purposes. We would like to send you a SMS reminder (if we have a mobile telephone number) a day or two prior to your trip. Consent is required to enable us to send you our annual brochure and any extra trips we may put on. You can give consent for all methods of contact (mail, email, telephone & SMS) or choose the methods that you prefer. We will ask you for consent for each individual method of contact. You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to store your personal data. This right 'to be forgotten' can be carried out as soon as we are made aware of your decision and you no longer have any current bookings/outstanding payments. We always treat your personal details with the utmost care and we will never sell them to other companies for marketing purposes.
